Each subscriber is allowed to access various parts of our site and we reserve the right to amend the payment options and levels of subscription from time to time. By registering as a subscriber, adhering to the payment terms and conditions available, you agree to be bound by these Terms and other documents expressly referred to in it.


2.1 The data that is displayed within search results is provided by a third party data supplier and is not owned by Ask Ping Ltd.

2.2 You cannot use our services for commercial purposes nor to sell onward any information or extract from the results we provide whether free or paid are strictly for your own internal use. It is forbidden to extract information from our website and then compile into your own database or to sell in any format.

2.3 Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.4 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to subscribers who have registered with us.

2.5 If you choose, or you are provided with, a subscriber password or any other piece of information as part of our security protocols, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. Where we make new Payment Terms and Conditions available, existing customers will continue to enjoy the terms and conditions they initially agreed to, unless they have been varied at our sole discretion in accordance with this clause. If existing customers wish to subscribe to any new Payment Terms and Conditions offered this can be completed through the My Account page.

Your order is an offer to purchase services from us. When you confirm you wish to purchase the service we will take your payment by debiting the Credit or Debit Card you have provided. Your contract with Askping Limited and is deemed to commence when your payment for the service has been authorised. We reserve the right to use the personal information you provide to verify your identity and for other related purposes, such as where we suspect the website is being used for fraud or other illegal purposes.

All clients (you) personal details provided at purchase and registration will be checked by our ID verification team, this process may involve a credit check against the client, ALL clients provide clear consent for Ask Ping Limited to perform a credit check at your supplied address to confirm all supplied personal details. If you do not consent to a credit check please do not subscribe to our service. It is important that we collect only accurate data about you. The client should understand if you provide false contact details including telephone data upon registration your account will be suspended until you have corrected this information with our ID verification team. All payments made should be in the name of the person who is the registered Ask Ping Limited user. Payments made in the name of any other person may involve the account being suspended.

If your account is suspended by Ask Pink Limited because you provided false or incomplete information or we were unable to confirm your identity from the supplied information you will receive an email confirming this position. Ask Ping will advise the client in the email what information is required by Ask Ping Limited ID verification team to authenticate you and to unlock your suspended Ask Ping account.

You can telephone our tracing line to supply this information for immediate clearance on 118 171 Calls charged at £2.50 per minute, plus your phone provider’s access charge. You will also be able to respond via email but you should be aware that may take 24/48 Hours to process.

The payment fee for the service selected (“Credit Package”) is calculated and payable in advance according to number of credits you choose to purchase during the sign up process. The Company shall be under no obligation to provide the service until the appropriate fee has been paid and authorised and at any point up until then, we may decline to supply the service to you without giving any reason. All fees quoted are expressed to be exclusive of any VAT payable, unless otherwise stated.

Once your payment for the Credit Package selected has been authorised, an individual Account will be created for you enabling you to access the service for your own personal or internal business use, subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

Your Account will be automatically credited with the number of search credits applicable to the Credit Package you have selected and will remain available to you for a fixed access period of 12 months from the date your payment was authorised. You will receive an email confirming the selected Credit Package, payment fee and relevant expiry date of the search credits purchased shortly after the agreed payment is authorised.

If you wish to top-up your existing Credit Package before the end of the fixed access period, any unused credits will be added to any new Credit Package you purchase and will be available for a further 12 months.

All clients (paid user) personal details provided at subscription will be checked by our ID verification team , this process may involve a credit check against the client, and ALL clients provide clear consent to perform a credit check at your supplied address to confirm all supplied personal details. If you do not consent to a credit check please do not subscribe to our service. It is important that we collect only accurate data about you to ensure we are only trading with genuine people.


Right to cancel: If You are an EU Consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract subject to the following provisions:

You lose the right to cancel agreements for the supply of services which have been fully performed, i.e. completed OR they have commenced.

If You do have the right to cancel, the following apply:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the start of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Askping Limited. of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement letter sent by recorded post to.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you the payment received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise. In any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your cancellation of this contract in comparison with the full performance of the contract.
